Fragment based discovery uses small, low molecular weight molecular fragments as a starting point for drug discovery efforts. Nimbus integrates a range of
proprietary computational methodologies provided by Schrödinger and biophysical
techniques such as x-ray crystallography and isothermal calorimetry through its
partner Proteros.
